We all know these festivals are fun for Japanese and tourists alike, but did you know that there are some matsuri that have been celebrated for over 1000 years? Come learn about the origins of matsuri and how they evolved into today's beloved celebrations in this educational panel. Whether it's the Tanabata, Gion, or Yamakasa Matsuri, you'll be able to don your hopi-coat and dance along with the locals!
